Job # 40615: A Family From Mesa Needs A House Manager (S Ellsworth Rd & E Guadalupe Rd)Message from Family: We are a work hard, play hard family that has relied on extended family to fill the gaps when our 45 minute commute (each parent, each way) impedes our involvement. We are looking for someone to help us calm the chaos and give us more quality time, less pressure, and more peace in our daily lives. We are good planners but adjust when we need to and we care about our family and faith above all else.
About the Children: The family has 2 kids who are both in school. The eldest is a 10-year-old girl who is very outgoing. The youngest is a 6-year-old boy who is also very outgoing and loves sports.
Their Ideal Nanny: Our ideal nanny would make all our lives easier and less stressful by being organized, efficient, a good communicator, and fun! She should be caring, and energetic. She would pick the kids up from school, fix them a healthy snack, maybe swing by the park to play before completing homework, and practicing spelling words. She would do laundry before taking the kids to sports practices and draft a meal plan for the following week based on the upcoming schedule. She’d use technology to coordinate a grocery order so we could all contribute before she swings through to pick it up on her way home with the kids from practice. The kids and parents would be free to relax and enjoy each other’s company after finishing the meal the nanny started or prepped.
*A drug screening will be required prior to the nanny's first day of employment

Compensation: $18 to $22 per hour
