Career-Minded Nanny Needed To Grow With a Loving Family In Dallas, TX (Walnut Hill Ln & Midway Rd)

Nanny

Message from Family: We are a family of three, plus our sweet 2-year-old Golden Retriever! Mom works full-time from home and Dad works full-time, splitting his time between home and the office throughout the week. We are looking for an experienced nanny who will create a nurturing environment for our son, support his developmental milestones, and keep him engaged through fun, age-appropriate activities and outings. We'd love someone who will become a trusted part of our family and naturally takes initiative to help make our daily lives run a little smoother. We also have a housekeeper who comes twice a month. Our family is Christian, and we're looking for someone who is comfortable supporting and respecting our family's faith and values.

About the Child: He is a happy and healthy 10-month-old little boy. He has FPIES (Food Protein-Induced Enterocolitis Syndrome), which means he currently has allergies to rice and dairy that he is expected to outgrow. We are looking for a nanny who is attentive, comfortable following his dietary restrictions, and excited to support his growth and developmental milestones.

Ideal Nanny: We are looking for an experienced, career-minded nanny who is kind, patient, proactive, and nurturing. And someone who genuinely loves working with infants and toddlers and can confidently support our son through his developmental milestones.

Our ideal nanny naturally takes initiative, stays engaged throughout the day, is comfortable working independently, remains patient during challenging moments, and is happy to help with light child-related household tasks during downtime.

We'd love someone who is creative, active, and energetic. Someone who enjoys planning fun outings and enrichment activities. They can communicate well and are excited to become a trusted, long-term part of our family.

It's important that our nanny is comfortable driving our son to activities, attentive to his dairy and rice allergies, and physically able to keep up with an active toddler. Someone who shares our family's Christian values would be a wonderful bonus.

Additional Job Details: While the child's care will always be the priority, the family is hoping to find a nanny who naturally takes initiative during downtime. Of course, they understand the importance of taking breaks and recharging. When time allows, they would appreciate help with light child-related household tasks such as tidying up after activities, unloading the dishwasher, rotating and putting away the child's laundry, keeping the nursery and play areas organized, picking up pre-ordered groceries, and looking for other small ways to help make the family's day run a little smoother. They truly value someone who takes pride in their work, treats the home with care, and enjoys leaving things a little better than they found them.
