Dallas Nanny Job

Job # 33806
Compassionate And Loving Temp Nanny Needed For A Sweet Little Boy In Dallas, TX (Elm St & N Lamar St)

Nanny

Message from Family: We are a family of three, soon to be four, living in Victory Park. Mom is a physician, and Dad is a consultant who frequently travels for work. Both parents have demanding schedules.

Our son spent time in the ICU after birth and continues to have ongoing medical needs. We are hoping to find a compassionate and detail-oriented nanny who is excited to partner with us and the other professionals supporting his development, including his physical, occupational, and speech therapists.

We are also expecting a new baby in December, so experience caring for newborns is a plus.

About the Child: Our sweet little boy is almost 2 years old. Due to complications during delivery, he sustained a brain injury and now has kidney disease. He has made incredible progress and is meeting most developmental milestones. He continues to receive dialysis and has a G-tube that is now only used for medications.

He is a happy, sweet, and kind-hearted little boy who loves to learn and explore. The family follows a developmentally focused approach with very limited screen time and enjoys filling his days with creative activities, play, and opportunities to learn. They are looking for a nanny who shares those values and is excited to continue fostering his growth. No prior G-tube experience is required, just a willingness to learn his care routine and provide thoughtful, attentive care.

Their Ideal Nanny: We are looking for a compassionate, detail-oriented nanny dedicated to supporting our son's growth and development. Someone who is comfortable learning his care routine and who is developmentally focused, creative, engaging, and invested in supporting his growth...not someone who is simply getting through the day.

Additional Job Details: Our current nanny will be on maternity leave during this time. While we are so excited for her and this new chapter, we are looking for someone to step in and provide consistent, loving care while she is away. She has built such a special bond with our son, and we hope to find someone who can help make this transition as smooth and comforting as possible.

Expected Job Duration: September 3, 2026 - December 17, 2026
