Message from Family: We are a growing family of three, soon to be four! We have a sweet 2-year-old daughter and are expecting our second baby in early November. Mom is currently a stay-at-home mom and plans to continue staying home after the baby arrives. As a family, we enjoy getting outside and hiking together and are looking forward to this next chapter as our family grows!

We are looking for someone who will become a trusted part of our household and can work alongside Mom while also confidently taking initiative throughout the day. We have no pets and have a separate cleaner for deep cleaning.

Both parents speak Spanish, so having a Spanish-speaking Family Assistant would be a huge plus!

About the Children: Our 2-year-old daughter is a sweet, fun little girl who loves getting completely in the zone when she finds an activity she enjoys.

Their Ideal Family Assistant: We are looking for someone who is caring and nurturing toward children while also being organized, dependable, and proactive with household responsibilities. We value solid childcare experience, excellent references, a relaxed demeanor, and a professional approach.

The ideal candidate can read the room and has excellent judgment about when to step in, when to give Mom space, and where they can be most helpful without needing constant direction.

Someone confident and experienced with both newborns and toddlers who can independently manage household tasks and small projects would be a wonderful fit. Spanish fluency and strong cooking skills would make a candidate especially appealing!

Expected Job Duration: Long-term

Duties:
Childcare for toddler and newborn
Newborn support, including breast milk handling and storage
Family laundry
Light housekeeping and general household tidying
Grocery shopping and miscellaneous errands
Meal preparation and basic family cooking
Household organization
Coordinating maintenance, appointments, and small household projects
Occasional child pickups/drop-offs

Driving: They prefer the candidate to have their own reliable vehicle and will reimburse mileage when used for work.
