Experienced Career Nanny Needed Full-Time For a Family of Four in Dallas

Message from Family: We are a busy, professional household with both parents working in the legal field. My husband works full-time outside of the home, while I am currently home with the children. We do not have pets, and we have professional cleaners who come weekly.

We value maintaining a healthy lifestyle and prioritize organic, clean foods while limiting sweets. We also place a strong emphasis on keeping our home organized and tidy, as a peaceful, calm environment helps our family function at its best.

About the Children: Our oldest is a 3-year-old girl who is imaginative, playful, and full of personality. She loves pretend play, singing, going on walks, being silly, and listening to stories. She especially enjoys being read to and engaging in creative activities. She currently attends school three half-days per week.

Our youngest is a 2-month-old baby boy who is generally very easygoing. He is exclusively nursing and is still settling into his routine.

Their Ideal Nanny: The family is looking for a nanny who has experience caring for multiple children and/or is a mother herself with grown children. They are looking for someone who is naturally tidy and organized, and who takes pride in maintaining a clean and peaceful home environment.

An ideal candidate values healthy, clean eating and is comfortable supporting the family's lifestyle in this area. The family is hoping to find someone who is flexible, reliable, and committed to building a long-term relationship as they grow together over the years.

Additional Job Details: Regarding cooking and family laundry, the family would appreciate help as time permits, especially with laundry. Mom primarily handles the family's cooking but would value support with washing and prepping fruits and vegetables to help make mealtimes more efficient.

Travel: Travel is required for approximately one month each year during the summer. The family enjoys spending extended time at the beach to escape the Dallas heat, with destinations such as San Diego. The nanny would be expected to join the family during this time to help maintain consistency in the children's routines and support the household while traveling.

Duties:
Family laundry
Light housekeeping
Miscellaneous errands
Cooking/Meal Prep for the family

Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:30 am-5:30 pm
*Occasional date nights, evenings, and vacations
*Guaranteed 50 hours

Compensation: $32-$37/hr DOE
Estimated Annual Compensation (including overtime): $91,520- $105,820 per year
