Hourly Rate: $30-35 per hour (plus overtime)
Weekly Compensation: $2,100-$2,450/week (If working 12-hour shifts)

We believe in structured days and consistent routines, while still allowing children the space to be curious, creative, and enjoy a happy childhood filled with meaningful experiences. Our home embraces an “old-fashioned childhood” feel, minimal to no screens, plenty of books, art, outdoor time, and hands-on learning.
