Message from Family: They are a happy, family-oriented household looking for a long-term live-in nanny to grow with their family. They have a sweet and energetic toddler and are expecting their second baby in March 2027. The parents love spending time with their children and want their nanny to feel like part of the family. Mom works from home but is very involved throughout the day. They also have housekeepers four days per week. The family has two sweet Mini Goldendoodles who are just as much a part of the family!
About the Children: Their daughter is 18 months old and is a sweet, kind, caring, energetic, and happy little girl who loves to dance. She is a great eater and enjoys a variety of foods.
The family is also expecting their second baby in March 2027 and plans to have a Newborn Care Specialist for approximately the first five months.
Their Ideal Nanny: The family is looking for someone who is sweet, friendly, kind, calm, hardworking, and trustworthy. Personality is extremely important to them, and they want someone who will genuinely enjoy being part of their household and can grow with their family for many years.
With a second baby on the way, they would love someone with experience caring for multiple young children who is confident managing both the toddler and infant stages.
Cooking is also very important! They are looking for someone who is confident preparing healthy and creative meals and snacks for a toddler using the fresh, organic foods the family provides.
The family is open to relocation for an exceptional candidate looking for a long-term position.
Additional Job Details & Travel: The family enjoys traveling and typically takes trips every few months, with a larger trip each summer and occasional international travel. The nanny will not be expected to accompany them on every trip but must be willing to travel when needed.
Saturday availability is important, although the family frequently does not need weekend coverage because they enjoy spending time with their children. They estimate needing Saturday coverage approximately twice per month. Sundays are generally off, with occasional flexibility needed to work a Sunday and take a different day off instead. Occasional evening coverage for bath and bedtime may also be needed, generally once a week or every other week.
