Message from Mom: It's just my baby girl and me, and I have another baby on the way (due December 5th), plus four cats, so we're a fun house! I am looking for a nanny who will become a long-term, trusted part of our family and who truly enjoys engaging with children and helping them learn and explore the world around them.

About the Child: My daughter is currently 21 months old. She is curious, active, and loves getting out of the house! She especially enjoys going to The Little Gym, swimming lessons, story time at the Frisco Library, walks, playground visits, and other fun outings. She thrives with an engaging nanny who enjoys planning activities and keeping her stimulated through play and exploration.

I am also expecting a baby in December, so the nanny will eventually be providing care for both children. Experience with both infants and toddlers is strongly preferred.

Ideal Nanny: I am looking for a career nanny who is energetic, engaging, and genuinely enjoys spending time with toddlers out in the community. The ideal candidate is reliable, professional, and experienced in caring for both toddlers and infants. Someone warm, nurturing, and playful, who enjoys planning activities, supporting developmental milestones, and encouraging curiosity and exploration.

I value a nanny who is collaborative, communicative, and respectful of my parenting preferences, and who is confident in their professional childcare experience. Reliability and consistency are extremely important, as we are hoping to build a long-term relationship with our nanny.

This is an active, activity-based position for a nanny who enjoys getting out of the house daily and creating enriching experiences for children.

* Nanny will need to have a reliable vehicle that can properly fit 2 car seats.

Expected Job Duration: Very long-term

Duties:
Childcare for toddler (and newborn starting December)
Planning age-appropriate activities and outings
Supporting developmental milestones
Child's laundry
Keeping child areas tidy
Encouraging play, creativity, and exploration

Schedule: Monday- Friday, 8:00 AM- 4:00 PM, with the occasional need to stay until 5:00 PM depending on Mom's work schedule.
*Guaranteed 40 hours a week

Compensation: $28 per hour

* Pay will increase to $31/hr once Mom returns from maternity leave, at which time the nanny will be caring for both children full-time.
