Agency Point of Contact for Job # 76244: Caeli (602) 661-0121
About the Family: We are a ministry and business family that travels frequently. The husband speaks in churches on the weekend and in Corporate America throughout the week. Sometimes that's virtual and sometimes that is in-person. What that means for our family, our schedule is different every single month, but we do know what the travel schedule is pretty far in advance so there's typically not a lot of surprises. The wife is an author and interior designer and she has clients around the country as well.
About the Children:
Eldest is 7 years old. He is into all sports, especially basketball. He has a ton of energy and loves to play outside.
The second child is about to be 3 years old. He loves dinosaurs. He has much more of a chill personality compared to our oldest son, but they love playing together. He has eczema and follows a pretty specific diet. So typically, we find ourselves all eating different meals around dinner time.
Their Ideal Nanny: Someone who is flexible and fun, high energy and positive. Someone who is responsible, dependable, and comfortable working with multiple wild young boys. Goes with the flow and can think on the fly. Patient and can match the children's energy. A nanny that pays attention to the kids vs tidying the house. Applicants with Christian values are a plus!
Additional Job Details:
Nanny will be provided with a private bedroom and private bathroom.
Additionally, all meals with the family will also be covered.
Nanny will spend most of their time with the youngest child since his older brother will be in school.

Is the nanny required to receive the COVID-19 vaccine? No

Schedule:
What we like to do is give our nanny a schedule a month in advance so they can see all of their days off and what our travel schedule looks like. Two weekends of the month we are typically traveling where we need someone to stay with the kids. On those weeks, we'd give the nanny a couple of days off when we return. We really see this position as a part of our family and we'd discuss what works best for them and us as it pertains to our schedule. Nanny will be paid OT for awake nighttime hours
Compensation: $25 to $30 per hour DOE

Paid Vacation
