About the Children: Our oldest is a bright and highly competitive 13-year-old girl who is very social and actively involved in sports. She is independent, self-motivated, and thrives in an environment where she can challenge herself. The role will involve driving her to sports practices and playdates, ensuring she stays engaged in her activities. We would love to find someone who can connect with her, serve as a positive role model, and foster a supportive and encouraging relationship.

Our youngest is a sweet and sensitive 12-year-old girl with a love for art, acting, plants, and animals. She has been diagnosed with ADD and thrives with patience and understanding. She does well with her homework but benefits from gentle reminders and support with larger projects. She would love a caregiver who can connect with her, engage in age-appropriate activities, and provide encouragement while fostering her creativity and interests.

Their Ideal Nanny: We are looking for a caring, energetic, and highly adaptable nanny who can seamlessly integrate into our busy household. With our children’s dynamic schedules, we need someone who can provide reliable transportation to and from activities while engaging with them in a positive and encouraging way. The ideal candidate is active, organized, and proactive—someone who can take initiative with household tasks when the kids are occupied for a few hours after school. Additional Job Details: We are looking for someone who can drive the girls to and from their activities, so a clean driving record is required. Additionally, we hope to find a nanny who can assist with light household management. While the girls are in school, responsibilities may include meal prep, running errands, and helping with general household organization to keep things running smoothly.

Duties:

Grocery shopping

Light housekeeping

Miscellaneous errands

Children's laundry

Cooking for children (smoothies, grilled cheese, quesadilla, etc.)

Meal prep (peel and chop veggies/fruit, cooking rice/pasta)

Schedule:Monday - Friday, 2:00 pm- 6:30 pm,

* Guaranteed 22.5 hours/week

Compensation: $27 - $28 per hour DOE
