Message from Family: Hi! We're a loving family of three—Mom, Dad, and our sweet baby. We've been married for five years, and as we navigate parenthood, we're looking for a caring and nurturing mother's helper to love and care for our little one just as we do.

Dad works from home part of the time, while Mom is mostly at home, she occasionally needs to travel for work. We love traveling as a family and would love for our mother's helper to join us on our adventures!

We don't have any pets, and we have a cleaning service that takes care of all the deep cleaning, so the focus will be on our baby's care.

About the Child: Our baby girl is 8 months old. She is amazing, always very happy and full of smiles!

Their Ideal Mothers Helper: We are looking for someone who is experienced, caring, loving, and energetic, with a good attitude and strong attention to detail. Enjoys and is willing to travel with family. Knowledgeable in child development and capable of helping with learning and developmental milestones. Proficiency in a second language is a plus, and it's a huge bonus if you know Russian (not a requirement)!

Additional Job Details: Driving is required, along with a clean driving record. Our mother's helper should be able to run small errands and either have their own car or be comfortable driving a family car. Responsibilities also include helping with meal preparation and light housekeeping. Additionally, our mother's helper should be able to help with baby food preparation, creating menus, cleaning bottles, and pump cleaning.

Travel: Most of our travel is within the United States. We have a second home in another part of Florida where we enjoy spending a few days each month. While we occasionally take trips overseas, having a passport and the ability to travel internationally is important, though not a mandatory requirement.

* Guaranteed 40 hours a week

* Occasional date nights/evenings

Compensation: $28-$34 per hour DOE
