Dallas Nanny Job

Job # 80861
Adorable Baby Girl Needs A Nurturing And Dependable Nanny In Fort Worth, TX (Trinity Blvd & Handley Ederville Rd)

This job has been closed.

Nanny

Message from Family: Mom and Dad are both working professionals with full-time shifts Monday through Friday. Mom is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), and Dad is an Engineer. Both currently do not have any work from home options (this could be a possibility later on, but is unavailable in this current moment). We have no pets or other employees within our household.

About the Child: Our daughter is our first born child, born late October 2024 and has been cared for only by her grandparents. Unfortunately, due to medical needs, they can no longer be her caretakers.

She is a sweet and energetic little baby girl who will keep you busy. She is independent in her own way and has a keen eye for learning new things every day. We call her an "energizer bunny" because she is always on the move, filled with giggles and laughs. She is also very strong-willed and will show some sassiness if she doesn't get her way.

Our daughter loves playing with her toys in our playroom, dancing to music, playing peek-a-boo, blowing bubbles, exploring books, and playing in her kiddie pool outside. She enjoys watching Bear in the Big Blue House, Blue's Clues, Moana, and Encanto. She has a good appetite and currently eats about 1–2 solid meals throughout the day, in addition to her bottles.

Their Ideal Nanny: Our ideal nanny is someone who will grow with our family and become a cherished and trusted part of our child's life. We are looking for someone who is reliable, highly organized, and communicates openly and thoughtfully about our child's day, milestones, and any observations. While not required, being bilingual in Spanish would be a wonderful bonus.

We hope to find someone who can guide and support us in all aspects of babyhood, including sleep training, baby-led weaning, and fostering healthy routines. Our ideal nanny is playful and energetic, engaging with our little one through developmentally appropriate activities, while also being confident in setting boundaries and maintaining structure and consistency. Comfort with in-home security cameras is important for our family's peace of mind.

Experience caring for babies under 18 months and a degree in some area of child development or child psychology are highly valued, as we hope to partner with someone who brings both knowledge and practical experience. Most importantly, we want someone who feels like a true partner in our child's growth, learning, and joy, someone who will celebrate the milestones, offer guidance when needed, and share in the everyday moments.

Additional Job Details: We are a Catholic family.

Our daughter has eczema, so during food introduction, we need someone who can be vigilant in monitoring any rashes or skin discoloration that may occur.

We are open to outings such as the park or library. The nanny would need to use their own car for outings.
