Job # 40781: Adventurous Live-In Nanny Needed In Park City, Utah (Park Ave & Meadows Dr)
Agency Point of Contact for Job # 40781: Gina (720) 464-0678
Message from Family: We're excited to welcome a nanny into our family, and we want this to be a positive and seamless experience for all of us. It's important to note that we reside in a small town with a population of around 10k, where winters tend to be longer and snowier than in many other places. Mom works from home and is present most of the time, and genuinely enjoys spending as much time as possible with the children. We hope you'll bring your best to the job, going above and beyond and taking pride in your work. Communication is key for us, and we encourage open and sincere exchanges to manage each other's expectations. Being eco-conscious and mindful of energy usage is important in our household. We also value respect for others' space, especially when it's quiet time. Your well-being matters to us, so please take care of yourself both physically and emotionally. We provide weekly housekeeping, and we expect financial responsibility for personal expenses, aside from the meals we cover. Our daughters' happiness, health, and education are paramount, so when you're with them, they should be your focus. We also care about your happiness and are here to support your personal growth and goals. Lastly, thank you for being part of our family and team; we look forward to a great fit and welcome your input to make this experience exceptional for everyone involved.
About the Children: We have 2 beautiful daughters. They are eight years old and three years old. We'd love for you to engage our two girls in a variety of activities that cater to their interests and development. Taking them out for a daily walk or an exciting excursion is something they truly enjoy. Additionally, we encourage at least one outdoor activity beyond the house, whether it's sledding, visiting the library for story-time, exploring the Kimball Arts Center, venturing to the Swanner Eco Center, or embarking on a trip to the zoo, children's museum, space museum, Natural History Museum, Aquarium, or the Rundown Ranch. Please consider checking online for any upcoming events that could be fun for you and the girls. It's essential to minimize phone and electronic use to ensure the girls feel our presence when we're with them. We aim to avoid screen time and social media posting, especially any photos of our home or the children. Keep your approach creative, and feel free to request specific supplies if needed. Activities like reading books, imaginative play, cooking, puppet shows, arts and crafts, painting, drawing, Kiwi Boxes, building tents, attending music classes, and outdoor play in parks, sledding, and getting dirty are all encouraged. Your dedication to educating our daughters to the best of your ability is highly appreciated.
