Message from Family: We are a warm and organized family with a toddler and a newborn, looking for a Newborn Care Specialist or Doula work along side our other NCS and provide safe, responsive, and professional overnight care. We value of open communication, detailed baby logs, and a gentle, no-cry approach to sleep conditioning. Our priority is finding someone who is reliable, collaborative, and committed to creating a calm, healthy environment for our growing family.

About the Children: We have a 2-year-old son (no care needed) and a 4 week old baby girl.

Their Ideal NCS: Must have strong health and stamina, excellent communication skills, fragrance-free, supportive, and respectful. Experience supporting mothers through PPD.

Accommodations: NCS has her own bedroom. Baby will be in a bassinet in the room.

Additional Job Details:

Keep detailed baby log and nightly updates, practice safe and responsive care, assist with gentle/no-cry sleep conditioning if family decides to pursue.
Comfortable with dogs (one very gentle dog with no teeth).
Local candidates only.
Open to a night nanny if they have extensive experience with newborns.
Must not have another job the morning following your shift.

Start Date: Sunday, February 1st

Expected Job Duration: 3 weeks minimum, could potentially be longer

Schedule: Sun, Mon, & Tues- 10pm - 6am

Compensation: $40 per hour (Negotiable DOE)
