Job # 94366: Busy Dallas Family Needs A Part-Time Nanny (Forest Ln & Hillcrest Rd)

Message from Dad: I am a busy working professional who has my four children part-time, and their mother has custody the rest of the time. I am engaged and will be getting remarried soon- yay! We follow a "Texas Expanded Schedule". During the days they are with me, I need another set of hands to help our household run smoothly. I am flexible to adding extra hours to the nanny's schedule if they would be interested in adding some house management related duties (manage lawn people, groceries, dry cleaning, etc). I can add up to 10 hours per week for these extra duties. This position is live-out, but on the days the nanny is working, they are welcome to stay the night in one of our guest rooms. We have plenty of space!

About the Children:
The oldest children are twins who are 11 years old. One of them is high functioning but does not require special attention. I also have a 9-year-old girl, and a 7-year-old girl. They are all in activities and sports.

Their Ideal Nanny: We would like to find a nanny who is flexible, upbeat, and enjoys being "on the go". While I am involved and love to pick the kids up from school, I will need help transporting them to their activities and sports. Daily driving is expected of this role. The nanny should be comfortable cooking simple meals for the children, helping pick up the home, and helping with family laundry. Essentially, we need someone who can help keep all the moving parts of the household running since we are so busy!

Additional Job Details: We would like the nanny to travel on family trips which happens about once every quarter. Additional duties are available for more hours if the nanny is interested.

Start Date: ASAP

Expected Job Duration: Long term (1+ Year)

Duties: 
Family laundry
Light housekeeping
Cooking for children

Schedule:
Total hours per month add up to 115 hours if the nanny would like the additional 10 hours per week. This averages to around 30 hours per week!
- Every Thursday after school 3:30 pm to 9:00 pm (Can be flexible to start at 4:30 if needed)
- 1st & 3rd Friday - Sunday of each month
- Friday after school 3:30 pm to 9:00 pm (Can be flexible to start at 4:30 if needed)
- Saturday 9:00 am - 9:00 pm
- Sunday 12:00 pm to 9:00 pm
*Summer schedule will include 2 full weeks at a time which can be flexible weeks and nanny would have first dibs at those hours, but dad is also open to hiring a second nanny to cover what the first nanny cannot.  

Compensation: $27 to $35 per hour DOE
