Message from Family: Our family values love and kindness above all else. Yelling and screaming have no place in our home; we emphasize the use of words as the primary means of communication. Electronic devices and television are generally discouraged, with one notable exception. During the hectic transition time around dinner when the nanny departs and Mom is trying to cook dinner, a little screen time may be allowed.

As for pets, we don't have any at the moment. Mom spends two days a week working from home, occasionally with some travel (roughly 2 days every 6 weeks). Dad heads to work 5 days a week, ensuring a stable routine. To keep our home in tip-top shape, a cleaning company visits every three weeks.

About the Children:
Our eldest is a vibrant 5-year-old girl who attends kindergarten full-time, five days a week. She's a bundle of joy who adores playing and embracing her silliness. Her creative spirit shines through in her love for artwork, and she's a social butterfly, enjoying time with her friends. She also has a knack for crafting jewelry, solving puzzles, and even helping out in the kitchen. But that's not all; she's an avid reader and takes her role as a big sister very seriously, showering her baby brother with love and care.

Our next daughter is a delightful 3-year-old girl who has a natural talent for spreading joy and laughter wherever she goes. She's adventurous and has a special fondness for all things water-related, making every splash an adventure. Her independent playtime skills are impressive, allowing her to explore her world with creativity and curiosity. She cherishes her relationships with her older sister and baby brother, and her enthusiasm for family bonds is heartwarming. Additionally, she attends preschool three days a week, with a schedule of 2 1/2 days and one full day.

Our youngest, an 8-month-old boy, is a pure bundle of joy. He is the easiest baby and is always smiling, loves seeing his older sisters play and talk to him. We have him on a good schedule which helps.

Their Ideal Nanny: We are looking for a career Nanny. We would love to find someone that is experienced with small children, knows how to always stay patient, and truly wants to see our children prosper and grow. Having someone in our house that automatically knows what to do and is able to see things that needs to be done without being told what to do is extremely important.

To us, a nanny is more than just a caregiver; A nanny is an extension of our family. We would love for this person to attend school plays, dance recitals, etc. It is important that our children have a special bond with our nanny and that this person wants to be part of their lives.

Additional Job Details: We are looking to find a replacement of our wonderful Nanny of 2+ years. She is currently expecting a baby and will be staying at home with her newborn full-time. We truly want our future Nanny to be part of our family. Having a positive, happy and safe environment is extremely important to us.

Duties:
Light housekeeping
Childs laundry
Cooking for children

Schedule:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 7:15 am-5:30 pm
Tuesday & Thursday: 7:30 am-5:30 pm
*Occasional early start times 6:30/45am when mom travels
*Anything over 40 hours is time & half

Compensation: $25 to $28 per hour DOE *10 hours of overtime*
about $1400-$1600/week
