Compassionate Family Assistant Needed To Support A Busy Family In North Lake, TX (407 and 35 W Hwy)

This job has been closed.

Nanny

Message from Mom: I'm a recently single mom who runs my own business, which includes creating content and building my presence as a social media influencer. We're excited to be building a new home and moving into a larger place in Bartonville in spring 2026. I'm looking for someone kind and reliable who can support me with childcare, school pick-up and drop-off, light housecleaning, grocery shopping, cooking, and pet care, etc. Having this extra help will allow me to focus on what matters most…spending more quality time with my son. We have two friendly dogs and three cats who are part of the family too!

About the Child: My son is a happy and energetic 3 ½-year-old who loves first responders—police officers, doctors, and paramedics, as well as military heroes. He is very active, thrives on attention, and needs a caregiver who can keep up with his energy while keeping him engaged. He may be on the autism spectrum, with further testing scheduled soon, so it's important to have someone knowledgeable or willing to learn, patient, and supportive to help foster his growth

Their Ideal Family Assistant: The family is looking for someone experienced not only in childcare but also in managing a household. This person should be energetic, playful, and engaging, while also educated and able to foster the child's development. Ideally, they can take on all aspects of home life….keeping the house organized, ensuring the child is well cared for, completing laundry, and preparing dinner, so that mom can focus on work and enjoy quality time with her son.

The perfect fit will be sweet, kind, and professional yet approachable, with the ability to build a strong relationship that feels like part of the family.

While not required, a nanny who shares mom's Hispanic roots would be a wonderful plus. The family also values someone who has already raised children of their own and can offer guidance and support as both a caregiver and a mentor to mom.

Live-In Accommodations: The family will be relocating to Bartonville, Texas, in the spring of 2026 and is open to a live-in arrangement if it feels like the right fit for both parties.

Travel: As a family, we love taking vacations every few months, usually lasting anywhere from 7 to 21 days. A valid passport will be required. Most often, we would like our family assistant to stay back and help manage the house while we are away, but we'd also love to have the option for them to join us on trips if needed.
