Job # 35967: Adorable Little Boy In TX Needs An Experienced Nanny

Message from Mom: We are a loving and tight-knit family of three. We are very hands-on with our child and are actively engaged in all aspects of his development. Both Mom and Dad are home most of the week and have flexible schedules; though Dad may start to work outside of the home in the near future. We are looking for a loving, patient, and attentive nanny to care for our child as we would.

About the Child: Our son is an active 3-year-old boy. He likes cars and buses, so likes to play with toy cars, buses, and trucks. The activities that he likes to do in recent days include playing with a waterfall toy and walking.  He is good-natured and playful most of the time, however, his curiosity often frustrates him easily when he cannot figure things out. People who have met him would generally describe him as a happy boy. He likes to interact with others; though he is kind of reserved when he is in a new place or new environment. We are not aware of any food allergies, though we would like Nanny to be cautious and watch out for food allergies when introducing new food to him.

Their Ideal Nanny:  Someone who is caring, patient, kind, honest and has a safety-first mindset. Open communication is huge in our household and we value a nanny with a calm demeanor. We would also like our nanny to be flexible, creative, and attentive to detail. Nanny should be confident with following instructions and assisting with the guidance/suggestions from our child's therapists in the interactive play to help with his developmental and educational milestones. Also, someone who is comfortable and confident with potty training. Ideally, the nanny has experience working with toddler boys.

We are looking for a reliable and trustworthy nanny who is willing to respect the wishes and traditions of the parents to care for and discipline the child properly.
