Message from Family: Our current nanny is moving to another part of Dallas. We are looking for a temporary nanny from the end of January to early or mid-April until Mom takes 12 weeks of maternity leave to welcome baby #3. Mom works in the office Tues/Wed/Thurs, and Dad works from home. We like to interact with our children during our downtime when we are home. We do not have any pets. Happy to provide references from our past nannies from Houston and Plano. We treat our nanny like she is a part of our family!
About the Children:
Our firstborn is a 4.5-year-old boy who is curious and already reads on his own. He is very bright and energetic and loves running around outside, playing with his dinosaurs and planets, and playing pretend!
Our second child is a 2-year-old girl. She is such a sweet little toddler. She loves music and songs, stuffed animals, the pool, playing with her older brother, and running around chasing him! She has an egg allergy.
Their Ideal Nanny: Our ideal nanny is a nanny who genuinely loves to be around children and enjoys nurturing and caring for them as we would. We want to partner with a positive and energetic nanny who provides a safe and fun environment, is a self-starter, and takes the initiative in tending to our children's needs and other responsibilities. We want our nanny to be engaging and love to do fun activities with the kids and take them on adventures, but also provide them with structure. Experience with toddlers and Spanish speaking is a plus!
Additional Job Details: Drive children to and from activities, playdates using the family's car, and other child-related tasks as needed.
