Message from Family: We are a warm and vibrant Argentinean family! Having settled in Dallas about a year and a half ago, we've embraced the Texan charm and are excited to invite a wonderful nanny into our home. As a family, we understand the importance of balance, and while both parents are engaged in their work, one of us will be at home almost every day to ensure a supportive and harmonious environment. Our two delightful girls attend a Montessori school. The Montessori education has instilled a sense of independence in them, making them thoughtful and self-sufficient. Their growth and well-being are at the forefront of our priorities, and we take pride in nurturing a space where they can thrive emotionally, academically, and creatively. In our household, you'll find a strong emphasis on cleanliness and consideration. We believe that a tidy and organized home contributes to a positive and relaxed atmosphere. Our family values the importance of mutual respect and open communication, creating an environment where everyone feels heard and understood. We view our nanny not just as a caregiver but as an integral part of our extended family. Our home is also shared with two cats.

About the Children: Our oldest is 6 year old girl and she likes sports, art, and board games. She is very kind and likes to take care of her younger sister.

Our youngest is a 2-year-old girl. she likes to play at the playground, dance, do art, and listen to stories. She is already potty trained though she needs some assistance when going to the bathroom.

Their Ideal Nanny: We are seeking a nurturing and proactive nanny to join our family. We value a caregiver who actively engages with our two girls, promoting a patient and understanding atmosphere. We prioritize open communication in our household which includes discussions about feelings, actions, and the underlying reasons for our children's behavior. We are looking for someone who not only cares for our children during regular hours but is also willing to provide care if the girls get sick. We believe in fostering a compassionate environment where our nanny plays a pivotal role in the emotional and intellectual development of our children, avoiding idleness by being proactive in creating engaging activities. Our ideal nanny is Spanish-speaking and willing to cook for our family. While this is not a requirement, the pay rate will reflect our ideal nanny.

Start Date: ASAP

Expected Job Duration: Longterm

Duties: Family laundry, Light housekeeping, Cooking for family

Schedule: Monday- Friday, 3:00pm-7:00pm (20 hours/week)

Compensation: $25-$30/hour

$29-$30/hour is for someone willing to cook for the family and Spanish-speaking.

Benefits: Paid vacation and paid holidays
