Message from Family: We are a warm, blended family with four wonderful children and a lovable Great Dane. Both parents work in healthcare and frequently work from home, allowing for a flexible and dynamic household environment. While work-related travel does happen, it's infrequent. We also have a housekeeper who comes every other week for deep cleaning.

About the Children: Our 13-year-old daughter is passionate about field hockey and soccer. She's intelligent and may be shy at first, but she warms up quickly. This summer, she'll be relocating from Chicago to Denver to join our family.

Our 10-year-old son loves soccer and gaming. He has a gentle and kind-hearted nature and responds best to calm, patient guidance rather than yelling.

Our youngest is a curious and witty 6-year-old boy fascinated by dinosaurs, King Kong, Godzilla, and dogs. He has a great sense of humor and sharp intelligence. While he can be stubborn at times, he is never defiant.

We also have a 16-year-old who is more independent.

Their Ideal Family Assistant: Our family follows a gluten-free lifestyle, so it's important that the candidate is either knowledgeable about gluten-free living or open and willing to learn. We're looking for someone who is active, experienced, and patient, and who naturally aligns with our parenting philosophy. In our home, we do not use yelling or spanking as discipline; instead, we emphasize respect for our children as unique individuals.

The ideal candidate is fun, engaging, and approachable, more of a supportive mentor than an authority figure. A stern or harsh approach would not fit well with our family's dynamic.

Additional Job Details:We will provide a vehicle for transportation and running errands, soa clean driving record is required. The children have after-school activities, and assistance with managing their pick-ups and drop-offs will be needed.
