Message from Family: We are in the home a lot, but my husband and I both work from our in home offices. Faith is especially important to me so I'm looking for someone who shares the same values. I have 2 kids right now, but we have another one on the way due in May, so we're actually looking for someone who can watch the 2 younger kids (pay would increase) when he's born. I actually was diagnosed with cancer this past November, and so I need extra help. But thankfully it's going in the right direction!

We're not looking for temporary people, I really would like someone who wants this job long-term. We treat and pay all our employees well!

About the Child:

My daughter is going to be 4 years old this May, and she loves all things Elsa, paw patrol, PJ masks, and loves going to parks and meeting other kids. She's social and not afraid to spark up conversation with other kids. She loves painting, playing make believe with her costumes, her special stuffed animals, and her family. We are a family of faith and that's important to our values. We limit her screen time, she doesn't have an ipad or device. She also loves reading books. We are looking for someone long-term. Our pay is flexible depending on experience. Our current nanny has worked with us for 4 years (and she still is) she helps me with her Monday-Friday.

Baby Boy expected May 2024.

We also have a 10 year old who will not be needing care, he has his own Nanny who has worked with us for 10 years. We treat all our employees with dignity and kindness.

Their Ideal Nanny: Someone who is very positive, wise, experienced, able to commit to our family. Our future Nanny will be warm, kind, and nurturing. I would love if our future Nanny would not be afraid to talk about God with the kids. We go to church also on the weekend.

Someone who likes to have fun, is healthy, and engages with my kiddos. Someone who respects and treats our other staff with kindness and respect. Someone reliable, dependable, and goes with the flow, oh and someone who smiles a lot and just generally happy about life. :)

Additional Job Details: I am looking for someone who can come in the morning, wake up my daughter and take care of her during the day. But when I am free and can watch her, to give us space to just be the two of us and have our mommy daughter time. To engage with her and have fun, however not be afraid to have boundaries if she doesn't do something right. She's a very positive, smiley girl and very easy to be with, and plays happily. She loves talking and asking questions so someone who isn't tired of talking haha. She is very inquisitive and loves to read books.

Start Date: ASAP

Duties:

Miscellaneous errands

Childs laundry

Cooking for children

Schedule:

Sat-Sun 7am to 7pm

*Occasional date nights, evenings, travel

*Guaranteed 24 hours a week

Compensation: $25-$29 DOE

*Pay will increase after baby boy is here in May.
