Message from Mom: We are a busy family with three children, mom works from home, and dad travels a bunch for work. We are a close family and pretty much do everything together. Mom needs help with getting kids to activities and someone to care for the children while parents have appointments. We like to keep the kids active during the day and try to get as much outdoor play as possible. We also have two dogs (outside animals). The nanny will have no responsibility for the dogs.

About the Children: 
Our oldest is a 4-year-old girl who is very thoughtful and sensitive. A mommy's helper personality really likes to be involved. A little shadow. Loves to pretend play and do arts and crafts.

Our middle child is a 3-year-old girl who is wild and rambunctious, very silly, and happy. If you are working with the baby she gets jealous and wants to be the center of attention. In the middle of potty training. She likes to build and pretend play as well.

Our youngest is a 1-year-old boy who is a sweet and observant, happy baby. Very chill and go with the flow.

Their Ideal Nanny: Experienced, high energy, dependable, patient and loving. Someone who has excellent communication skills and likes to be playful. The ability to create activities for the kids without a lot of guidance from parents. Flexible and easy-going.  Experience with toddlers and preschool-age children. Nanny must have less than a 30-minute commute to the family's home.

Additional Job Details: We would like the nanny to be able to occasionally travel on family vacations and out-of-town events. The nanny will be mainly working with 2 older children.

Compensation: $25 - $30 (DOE)
