Job # 54046: Flexible & Responsible Nanny Needed For This Kind Phoenix Family  (E Baseline Rd & S 48th St)

Agency Point of Contact for Job #54046: Gina (720) 464-0678

Message from Family: Mom and dad are airline pilots. Our family is fun-loving and adventurous. We travel a lot (even for fun) and spend many of our days off just being goofy and working on house projects. We are authoritative parents and believe in gentle parenting with loving, firm boundaries. We do our best to help our child grow in his emotional intelligence.

About the Children:
Our oldest son is 3.5 years old and is a very energetic boy. He loves talking, being adventurous, baseball, water balloons, and snuggles. He’s very headstrong, empathetic, opinionated, and kind. He needs an inhaler for mild asthma and Zyrtec for allergies.

Our second son was born in November of 2022.

Their Ideal Nanny: Our goal is to find someone loving, caring, fun, and on the same page with our parenting mindset. We would love to find someone who would be with us long-term and who feels like an old family friend. She would ideally be fun-loving, goofy, and kind. Yet respectable, responsible, attentive, and logical. Communication is key! Finding someone who can easily communicate how the kid's days and nights are going is important.

Additional Job Details: We have a family vehicle for the nanny to use while at work. We have no diet/allergy or religious considerations. Some months the parents will be traveling for work at the same time. The nanny will need to stay overnight with the children during these times. For overnights, the Nanny's bed will be in the nursery. Eventually, the boys will share a room and the nanny will have their own room to stay in for overnights. Having someone who is punctual, professional, flexible with our schedule, and overall has great judgment is also something that we are looking for in our future nanny.
