Message from Family: We are a small, pet-free household that values family, tradition, communication, and work-life balance. Mom is a paralegal, and Dad works in IT, with both of us following a hybrid work schedule, splitting time between home and the field. Our family embraces a love for books, technology, nature, and music. While we are not overtly religious, we appreciate a nanny who is comfortable speaking about God and spirituality. We also believe in respectful parenting and do not use corporal punishment.

We live near multiple parks, water parks, the Brighton Library, and the Brighton Recreation Center, which offers opportunities for fun adventures like leaf hunting and butterfly spotting. While we work from home most days, we respect the time our nanny will spend with our baby and look forward to growing and learning together as a family.

About the Child: Our daughter is 1 year old and naps regularly twice a day for about 1 to 2 hours each time. She is a very happy, smiley baby who loves music and is very outgoing.

We are looking for a nanny who is warm, nurturing, reliable, and friendly, and who would enjoy a flexible schedule that still allows for great one-on-one playtime with a happy, bouncy one year old. Our baby is sweet natured and curious, but also cautious at first, and would thrive best with a nanny who is patient, yet outgoing.

Expected Job Duration: Longterm

Duties: Light housekeeping

Schedule: This position offers a flexible schedule! The family is looking for someone to work 3 days a week between Monday and Friday.

The nanny must work Wednesdays but, has the option to choose the other two weekdays they would like to work.

The family is flexible with the start and end times as long as the nanny works 7 consecutive hours per day between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM.

Compensation: $30 per hour
