Job # 48251: Friendly & Warm Nanny Needed For A Happy One-Year-Old In Denver (S Colorado Blvd & E Bayaud Ave)

Agency Point of Contact for Job #48251: Gina (720) 464-0678

Message from Family:  We are first-time parents living in central Denver. Both parents work from home and we are looking for someone to help take care of our daughter during the day. We don't have any pets at home.

About the Child: Our daughter just turned one last month. She is generally a very happy and curious baby. She is a big crawler, and has recently started walking! She loves to play with different toys in her room - stuffed animals, stacking cups, books, teething toys, and musical toys. Her newest fascination is putting toys or things in and out of containers. She is pretty talkative too - a handful of words, and lots of babbling back and forth with someone. She loves interacting with people - can be a bit shy at first, but warms up quickly to new people.

Their Ideal Nanny: We are looking for someone who has several years of experience taking care of younger children (under 2 years old). Our daughter is getting to the stage of being pretty active, so someone that is energetic, can keep up with her, and also keep a close eye on her at all times to make sure she is safe -- as she is definitely a curious kid! We are looking for someone who is warm, friendly, patient, clean, organized, and likes to engage with kids and help them learn. The nanny will help make sure our little one is meeting her developmental milestones.

Additional Job Details: We are a smoke-free home. We also are looking for someone who is comfortable being in an apartment for a lot of the day at times, especially with both parents working from home. One of us will try to work outside of the house for part of the day - so it's not too crowded! - and the other one of us will usually be working in our bedroom at the desk.
