Message from Family: We are a young family in our early 30s managing a real estate business along with several other ventures. We've got a fantastic personal assistant and a dream team of gals keeping our space spick and span twice a week. Now, we're on the lookout for an awesome nanny to join our squad! The role involves not only aiding with childcare but also facilitating a conducive environment for us to work together seamlessly and occasionally granting us the space to reconnect and enjoy date nights. Sometimes, it's as simple as having our hands free to conquer our tasks! About the Children: Our son is an outgoing happy four-year-old interested in everything boys would be interested in. Very kind to his little sister as well. We do Montessori method with him and he is a very helpful participant in the family.

Our daughter is just shy of one year old. She is walking and talking as best she can and has a serious gas tank full of energy smiles and sometimes big feelings. She's really sweet and brings a smile to everybody she interacts with.

Their Ideal Nanny: If we had to describe our ideal nanny it would be a dedicated career nanny who is interactive, patient, calm, balanced, aware of her surroundings, takes initiative, transitions from one task to another smoothly, connects well with the kids, and is professional and organized. We are looking for a nice positive nanny to come into our home and help us raise our two lovely children. They have serious, high energy, big deep hearts, and need somebody who's intimate and patient. Someone who is high energy and can move around easily as we have stairs and young fast children. Someone who is easy to communicate with and could handle us, as we are quite the talkers lol. Ultimately just a nice positive kind person who can be patient and intimate with the children. A clean driving record is required to be considered for this position.

Additional Job Details: We have plenty of vehicles here that can be used throughout the day and the nanny can take the kids to activities throughout the week to get them out of the house such as the train park, museum, a hike etc. We have a really wonderful house it's large and has plenty of space for everybody to have their own area, also tons of creature comforts like a movie theater and playrooms to keep the kids entertained. Mom is currently homeschooling the four year old. While mom is focused on home school the nanny will need to be focused on the youngest.

Start Date: ASAP

Expected Job Duration: 2+ Years

Duties: Light housekeeping and family laundry

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10:00am -6:00pm.

**40 hours a week guaranteed.

**One day a week the nanny will be asked to come in late and leave later than the normal so the parents can have a date night.

Compensation: $28/hr - $30/hr
