Full-Time Family Assistant Needed For a Newly Relocated Family in Parkland, FL (Nob Hill Rd & W Hillsboro Blvd)

Message from Family: We are relocating to Florida and are excited to begin the next chapter for our family. We are both physicians and have had wonderful experiences with two nannies in the past, whom we will miss greatly as they will not be relocating with us. That said, we are looking forward to welcoming someone new into our family. We are fortunate that one of our current nannies will be joining us temporarily to help support a smooth transition. We have no pets, and Dad works from home.

About the Children: Our oldest is 8 years old and in second grade. She loves to dance, swim, and do gymnastics. She is fun and energetic, but can be sensitive.

Our youngest is an active 5-year-old, very energetic girl. She takes charge and loves to be the center of attention. She loves to swim, dance, and do gymnastics.
 

Their Ideal Family Assistant: We are looking for a loving, engaging Family Assistant who is highly interactive with our children and treats them as their own. Someone who can confidently help shuffle the kids to and from activities and manage daily logistics is important. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and flexible, and above all…trust is our top priority!

Additional Job Details: The Family Assistant will have access to a Family car for work purposes. 

Primary Duties: The day would typically start at home with some light household management. In the afternoon, the family assistant would pick the children up from school, ensure snacks are ready, and shuttle them to their various activities. After returning home, responsibilities would include helping with homework and preparing simple & healthy meals for the kiddos….extra bonus if there's enough for mom and dad, too!

Duties: 
Grocery shopping
Family laundry
Light housekeeping
Cooking/Meal Prep for family

Schedule: Monday - Friday 11:30 am to 7:30 pm
* Guaranteed 40 hours a week

Compensation: $30 per hour (with a $1 raise each year)
