Message from Family: We are an active, outdoorsy family living in a rural area just west of Castle Pines and north of Castle Rock. Mom works from home and also travels for work regularly, and Dad works close to home. Our three kids attend school in Castle Pines. We also have a property in the mountains where we like to go for long weekends.

About the Children: We have three kids in kindergarten and preschool. They love playing outside, reading, playing pretend, and doing projects.

Their Ideal Family Assistant:  Our ideal nanny would walk in each day with a big smile, excited to see the kids, and with an attitude of helpfulness - looking for what can be done to have fun with the kids and support mom and dad. Ideally, someone who is flexible, a self-starter, helpful, and committed. We are a fast-paced, busy family, and we need a flexible nanny with a great attitude to help us keep up! Our kids are fun-loving and very active, and our ideal nanny should have lots of ideas about activities, games, projects, etc., to play with them to keep them engaged, learning, and out of each other's hair :) We also need lots of help around the house when the kids are in school - responsibilities will include running errands and helping with light cleaning and household organization.

Additional Job Details: We need someone to take all three kids to school in the morning, run errands, and help with household management in the morning while the kids are at school. The Family Assistant will pick up our preschoolers midday, take charge of lunch and naps, and help pick up their older brother from school and play/take kids to activities after school. We have a family car that can be used to assist with transporting the children to and from school/activities.

Duties:
Grocery shopping
Family Laundry
Light housekeeping
Miscellaneous errands
Child's laundry
Cooking for children
*60% household duties, 40% childcare

Schedule:
Mon - Fri: Approximately 7:45 am - 4:45 pm

*40 hours guaranteed hours
*Open to occasional overnights and date nights

Compensation:
$30 to $35 per hour (DOE)
