Message from Family: Our family consists of Mom, Dad, our baby, and our two dogs. The dogs are both female, very gentle, and absolutely adore our daughter. They're as much a part of the family as we are.
Mom and Dad have been married for a few years, and we both own our own companies. Because of that, our schedules can be demanding. We each have offices we work from, though since our daughter's arrival, Mom splits her time between being in the office and working from home so she can be present with the baby. While we work hard, family is at the center of our lives, and we're looking for someone who will become a trusted part of our support system.
We're excited to welcome someone who not only cares deeply for our baby but also feels comfortable in our home environment. We value kindness, patience, reliability, and good communication. What's most important to us is finding someone who feels like a natural fit within our family, someone who will care for our daughter as if she were their own, while also helping bring structure and ease to our daily routine.
About the Child: Our daughter was born in July 2025 and is now about 7 months old. She loves cuddles, enjoys our morning and evening walks, and is a super happy baby. She is also showing a lot of love and interest when we are outside among the flowers and trees. The only time she is fussy is when she's ready for her milk. Truly an angel girl.
Their Ideal Nanny: Their ideal nanny is someone who is reliable, trustworthy, and truly committed to becoming a meaningful part of their family. They are looking for someone who sees this as more than just a job and is excited to grow long-term. The right fit will have several years of childcare and/or nanny experience, be confident in their role, and bring consistency, maturity, and accountability to their work.
They value someone who is calm under pressure, organized, and communicative, with a genuine passion for child development. A nurturing, playful approach is important, along with a love for engaging little ones through learning, exploration, and intentional play. Experience with infants is a strong plus, and Spanish-speaking would be an added bonus. Most importantly, they're hoping to find someone who is invested, dependable, and excited to be an active, trusted presence in their child's life.
Additional Job Details: Having a car would be a great plus for errands, outings, or future school drop-offs/pick-ups. A clean driving record is required.
Travel: There may be times when we would love for our nanny to travel with us as a family. It may include both domestic and occasional international trips. We will always provide plenty of advance notice so you can plan accordingly. Trips may range from a few days to up to two weeks, depending on the destination.
