Message from Mom: My husband and I are hardworking professionals and business owners. I work in real estate and my husband is in insurance. Ultimately, our family comes first and our favorite job is being parents (most days). We have a very close extended family with lots of support. We have a 6-year-old Boston Terrier. We keep our house extremely organized and are looking for someone to maintain light household chores as a second priority to nurturing our children. It is extremely important that our nanny shares similar values of kindness and respect as we teach our children these values daily. We would love for someone to grow with our family long-term.

About the Children:
Our oldest is a fun-loving, energetic, and kind soul. She is 4 and a half years old and is very compassionate. She loves doing arts and crafts, playing with her dolls, and spending time with her brother. She is very smart, very silly, and will talk your ear off.

Our youngest child is an almost 2-year-old boy who is a big explorer. He loves to climb, run, sing, and dance. He loves playing outside on the swings and following his big sister!

Their Ideal Nanny: The individual we hire will need to be present, engaged (not distracted by their phone) interactive, and reliable. Our family is very organized and it is important that we have someone who is clean and organized as well. Other things that are important to our family are having a nanny who is sweet, compassionate, fun, trustworthy, a self-starter, good sense of humor and is loyal. Our ideal nanny is energetic, will get down on the floor with our kiddos to play, creates a fun environment for the children to thrive in, and keeps them engaged and active. Finding someone that is nurturing, experienced and clean is extremely important to this family.

Additional Job Details:  The main priority for the nanny will be keeping the children engaged and active. Lots of love and playtime are key for this position. Ideally, the family would like to find someone that can utilize the children's nap time and downtime to help maintain the cleanliness of the home.

Grocery shopping
Light housekeeping
Children's laundry
Cooking for children


Schedule:
Monday, 7:15 am - 3:30 pm
Tuesday, 7:15 am - 5:00 pm
Wednesday, 7:15 am - 4:30 pm
Thursday, 7:15 am- 4:30 pm
Friday, Flexible hours
Occasional evenings & weekends may be needed
Guaranteed 40 hours a week

Compensation: $25 to $27 per hour DOE

Benefits: Paid Vacation, Gas Mileage Reimbursement, Bonus
