Message from Family: Mom and Dad both work full-time and travel frequently for business. Our daughter is our pride and joy. We have a sweet golden doodle dog, so we are looking for a nanny who is comfortable being around dogs. We do have a house cleaner that comes 1x a week for deep cleaning. We would love for our nanny to be an extension of our family and someone who can help us raise our daughter with love, compassion, and patience. There will be regular driving in this role, and a safe driving record is required.

About the Child: Our daughter is a 19-month-old who is very sweet, active, and curious. She loves playing outside and investigating everything! She is a little bit shy around new people for the first few minutes, but she warms up quickly and is social.

Their Ideal Nanny: We are looking for someone who is caring, kind, honest, reliable, thoughtful, compassionate, and patient. We would like them to be calm, over-communicative with us, and active. We would like someone to understand our parenting style and be comfortable co-parenting with us. This nanny should have experience working with babies and toddlers. We are hopeful that we find someone who could stay with us as our family grows if we are blessed with another child. There will be regular driving for this role (preschool drop off/pick up, running errands, grocery shopping) so our nanny must have a safe driving record and a safe vehicle.

Additional Job Details: Our daughter attends preschool two days per week, for 5 hours per day. On these days, our nanny will have some downtime that can be spent grocery shopping, running various errands, cooking, helping with laundry, and light housekeeping. A bilingual nanny would be a plus but is not a requirement.

Schedule:
Monday - Friday
8:15 am - 6:15 pm
*Flexibility for evening hours if needed & occasional overnights when parents travel with notice (1-2 nights per month)
*Family will guarantee 45 hours per week

Compensation: $21 - 25 per hour DOE
