Message from Dad: Hello! We are parents of a wonderful 1.5-year-old boy and are currently expecting baby number two in mid-February. We both work as doctors at a big hospital in Dallas. We are Maryland natives but we claim Texas as our home now. We enjoy spending time as a family and watching our son grow. He is walking now so it is a whole new world! He is very energetic and definitely needs someone who can keep up with him. He has food allergies and is a picky eater so we have had to get creative. We welcome someone who will also be creative with us! We believe in being kind and fair. We believe in respect and collaboration.
About the Child: He is 1.5 years old. Likes playing with his toys (sometimes) and going outside. Very active. Food allergies, eczema, picky eater. Expecting a second child in mid-February.
Their Ideal Nanny: We are looking for a kind-hearted flexible nanny who will help us and help our son grow as a happy, kind, and smart boy. Someone with a spirit of collaboration who is willing to help us as a family and take care of our son. We would like a nanny who is active with toddler experience. College-educated is a plus! A nanny who can help our son with ABCs, counting, reading, and learning is so important. We need someone reliable, always on time, and trustworthy.
Additional Job Details: Our son has multiple food allergies (tested by an allergist) so limited diet and picky eater. He has his own designated shelf and specific food that we make readily available. He also has eczema which just means we use Vaseline and sometimes light steroid creams (as recommended by a doctor). When the second baby arrives mom will be home during maternity leave and planning to return back to work in mid-February.
