Message from Family: My wife and I both have full time jobs. Our kids attend the same elementary school, and we will need a long term nanny when my wife changes jobs in April. We need someone for a few hours after school each day and then all day during the summers/when kids have the day off from school. Our last nanny worked for us for 7 and a half years until she was no longer needed. Now that my wife switched jobs we are back to needing a nanny again.

About the Children: Two active kiddos, 9 year old girl and 6 year old boy.

Their Ideal Nanny: Experienced, active, engaging, flexible, and extremely reliable

Start Date: ASAP

Expected Job Duration: At least a couple of years

Duties:

Light housekeeping

Family laundry

Grocery shopping

Misc errands

Cooking (easy meals for the kiddos, help with meal prep or throw something in the crock pot, we aren't looking for a “chef”)

Schedule:

School Year Schedule: Monday-Friday, 2pm-6pm

Summer Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-6pm

*Guaranteed 40 hours during the school year to be on call in case kids are off school, get sick, etc.

*Anything over 40 hours will be time and a half

Compensation: $23 to $35 per hour DOE
