Message from Family: Both my husband and I work in healthcare, with a combination of travel, office, and in-home responsibilities. We don't have any other household staff. Our family does have a hypoallergenic cat. Our main priority is finding someone to care for our daughter and assist with household tasks while she's at preschool. We are looking forward to having someone grow with our family! 

About the Child: Our daughter is 3 years old. She who loves to read and play with her toys. No allergies or special needs.

Their Ideal Family Assistant: We're seeking someone who's proactive yet gentle, capable of managing various situations such as keeping our daughter entertained when mom is around, driving to and from activities, and being comfortable/experience with toddlers. Being active and a self-starter is highly valued, and reliability is crucial for our family. We also expect professionalism and a long-term commitment to this role as a career. Additionally, we'd appreciate help around the house while our daughter is in school, including tasks like family laundry, meal prep, and scheduling appointments, etc.  

Additional Job Details: Until September, the role will primarily entail Nanny duties with some light housekeeping tasks. However, after September, it will transition into more of a combination role, encompassing both household responsibilities and Nanny duties.

Duties:

Light housekeeping
Family Laundry
Grocery shopping
Misc errands
Cooking/Meal Prep

Schedule:

Monday-Friday 8 am-5/6 pm (45 hours/week)
*Occasional evenings, vacations, and overnights as needed

*Guaranteed 40 hours a week
*Over-time paid for anything over 40 hours

Compensation: $30-$35 per hour
