Message from Family: My husband runs a multi-state law firm. I work out of the house. We have a full-time assistant who has been with us for 12 years. We have 2 very large rescue dogs. We have a very busy life and house. We have 2 other nannies (who are actually nurses) and are looking to have a 3rd in the rotation for 24/7 shifts of 3-4 days.

About the Child: Our new addition was born in February. She is 4 months old. We get frozen breast milk shipped in from donors.

Ideal NCS: Positive, warm, and caring. I am not comfortable with the cry-it-out method. We are looking for an NCS that uses gentle methods. We would like to hire someone local to Dallas, TX.

Expected Job Duration: 4 months, with the possibility to extend if needed

Is drug screening required for this position? Yes

Is the nanny required to receive the COVID-19 vaccine? Not required

Schedule:
24/7 shifts of 3-4 days a week
*Family would like to discuss days with NCS directly
*One (possibly 2) of the nurse's contracts are up in August so there will likely be more hours available at that time. (Someone who is open to this is ideal.)


Compensation: $40-$50 per hour DOE
