Message from Family: We have been married for nearly 20 years, and we have 2 happy, healthy kids. Our son is 5, and our daughter is 1 and just started walking. Dad works during the week, and Mom takes care of the house, but does have some health issues that requires a lot of rest, and that's why we are looking for some help. We do not have pets. We have a housekeeper that comes every other week.

About the Children:  Our oldest is a 5 year old boy, and is a fairly independent little guy. He is cautious and very observant until he knows you or has the 'lay of the land'. He loves being outside, but also loves building legos.

Our youngest is a 1 year old little girl who just started walking. She is sweet and smiley 90% of the time. No one can make her laugh harder than her big brother!

Their Ideal Nanny: We are looking for a nanny that is sweet, kind, very attentive, safety cautious, and watches the kids like a hawk. We have a gated pool so we need someone that is a strong swimmer. Someone who knows choking procedures, CPR/First Aid and has a clean driving record is a requirement for our family.

Additional Job Details: The nanny would be helping get our son ready for school in the morning, making breakfast for him and for our daughter, dropping our son off at school down the street at 8:30am. Watching and playing with our daughter until she does down for a nap around 10:30am or 11:00am. The nanny should have availability to house sit for family when they go out of town.

Start Date: ASAP

Expected Job Duration: Longterm (1-3 Years)

Duties: Light housekeeping, Cooking for children and packing school lunches, School drop off & pickup.

Schedule: Tuesday & Wednesday, 7:30am-3:30pm and Thursday 7:30am- 11:30am.

**Guaranteed 20 hours/week

Compensation: $30 to $34 per hour

Benefits: Gas Mileage Reimbursement (if nanny uses own car), Use of Car, Paid Holidays, Paid Vacation (3 days)
