Job # 93205: Highly Experienced Career Nanny Needed in Boulder, CO (17th St & Canyon Blvd)
Agency Point of Contact for Job # 93205: Gina (720) 464 0678
Message from Family: We are originally from NYC and made the move to Boulder almost four years ago. As an active family, we relish outdoor pursuits such as hiking and biking, immersing ourselves in the natural beauty that surrounds us. Mom is passionate about waste consulting, dedicating her days to this impactful work from the comfort of our home. Meanwhile, Dad works in real estate investing. He will shift between working from home and the office. Together, we form a dynamic team with three delightful children who add a spark of joy to our daily lives. Our family is characterized by fairness and approachability, making collaboration and open communication a cornerstone. We share a love for skiing and snowboarding, cherish moments of creativity through baking and artistic play, and find joy in dancing to the rhythm of our favorite tunes. If you're seeking a warm and active family to join, where the beauty of nature meets the enthusiasm of daily life, we can't wait to welcome you into our home.
About the Children:
Our oldest is 10, she is sweet, cares about all around her and loves to play and read.
Our middle is 9, full of energy, loves to play, ride her bike and bake.
Our youngest is a sweet 2 year old boy.
Their Ideal Nanny: The ideal nanny for our family is a self-starting career nanny with boundless energy and a seasoned background in childcare. This person should have at least 5 or more years of professional nanny experience. We value someone who intuitively understands when to give us the space and privacy we need, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to navigate our schedule. A travel companion would be a fantastic fit for our adventurous lifestyle. We are seeking a calm, level-headed individual who brings a serene energy to our home—someone devoid of moodiness or excessive emotional strain, with a "yes" attitude and a can-do approach to challenges. The ideal candidate should be open to working overtime and have a knack for finding engaging activities for our little one to participate in. As a full-time nanny, a willingness to assist with light housekeeping duties, particularly in keeping the kids' belongings organized, is highly appreciated.
Additional Job Details: Cooking for the family once or twice a week is a plus but not required. Our daughters will need to be dropped off and picked up at after school activities. Ability to do overnights with the kids up to one full week when parents travel is a required part of the position. A clean driving record is required for this position.
Travel: Occasional travel is an exciting part of this position! Our family takes yearly trips to Maine from May to August. During this time we typically travel to NYC. All expenses are generously covered when we travel. During these periods, the nanny will have the opportunity to take some time off, and we provide comfortable living accommodations, including a private wing of the house. Additionally, the family covers the nanny's food expenses during these travel adventures. We believe in ensuring a balanced and rewarding experience for our nanny, providing both support and the opportunity to enjoy these special travel moments.
