Message from Family:  We are looking for a professional, proactive, and reliable Household Manager/Nanny to help manage our household and care for our 1-year-old son. As a Household Manager, you will be responsible for completing household management tasks such as laundry, dishes, restocking, running errands, and assisting Dad with his business tasks. Also, you will be responsible for providing outstanding care to our son when he is not in daycare. We need someone who is organized and able to manage their time efficiently. This is a full-time position, where the candidate will work Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm, with flexibility for occasional evening or weekend hours as needed.

About the Child: Our child is a sweet and curious 1-year-old boy. He is driven and energetic and needs lots of physical activity to get tired enough to sleep well through the night.

Their Ideal Nanny: 
- Must have experience as a nanny or household manager.
- Ability to provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for a 1-year-old baby.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to prepare nutritious meals according to provided recipes and dietary requirements.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Traveling with family would be ideal but not required, occasionally

Additional Job Details: An ideal nanny would be great with children, with a talent for both intellectual and physical development. Who is kind, empathetic, and gentle. Can do personal assisting tasks like coordinating schedules. Can be flexible with schedule and extra help if one of the parents needs to go on an overnight work trip. Our nanny would also act as a personal and household assistant to one or both parents and be a W-2 full-time employee of the parent's company w/ benefits (PPO medical + dental insurance).

Duties: 

Childcare:
Provide safe and nurturing care for our child, ensuring his physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Plan and organize daily activities to promote his development and ensure he is engaged and stimulated.
Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks according to provided recipes and dietary requirements.
Change diapers, bathe, and dress our baby as needed.
Take our child to and from appointments, activities, and playdates.
Help with potty training when the time is right.
Create and maintain a safe and stimulating environment for our child.

Household Management:
Meal prepping for the week
Light Housekeeping (e.g., restocking, load and unload the dishwasher, etc.)
Setting up our house cleaners and making sure everything is cleaned before they leave.
Family Laundry
Running errands (e.g., picking up dry cleaning, dropping off packages, grocery shopping)
Additional tasks around the home as assigned.

Personal/Exec Assistant:
Work with Dad's Chief of Staff to coordinate overnight business travel schedules and implications on the household.
Help with other tasks on request of Dad or his Chief of Staff.

Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
Occasional evening or weekend hours

Compensation: $30 to $35 per hour DOE, anything over 40 hours a week will be overtime.
