Message from Family: Both Mom and Dad work from home. Mom is an entrepreneur, and Dad is a software engineer. We have a housekeeper who comes on Fridays, and a senior dog who stays with us for only a few weeks a year.

About the Children: Our oldest is an 18-month-old girl who loves music, dancing, and books. She's very energetic and loves to play.

Our youngest is 3 months old. For now, he enjoys eating, sleeping, and being held.

Their Ideal Nanny: We're looking for someone with experience with toddlers, who is active and energetic, and ideally speaks Spanish (not required, just preferred). Someone who respects our no-screen-time policy, is creative with activities, and is willing to care for both children when needed.

Most of the care will be focused on our oldest, as our newborn will primarily be with Mom & Dad. However, we'd like someone who feels comfortable caring for both children.

Additional Job Details: We aren't religious and do not teach our children about religion. Since we both work from home, we'll be available most of the time if needed. We also plan to enroll our toddler in some activities, so occasional transportation and a clean driving record are required.

Is Drug Screening required for this position? Yes

Travel: We typically take 1–2 trips per year to Mexico, Central America, or Canada, so having a valid passport is required. These trips are usually 4–5 days long, and we travel together on our private plane. While travel isn't required, we would love for our nanny to join us when possible.

* Guaranteed 30 hours a week

Compensation: $22 - $27 per hour DOE
