Job #96488: Nanny/APF Job Available in Phoenix: (16th St and Camelback Rd)

Message from Agency: We are looking for someone to work part-time as a Placement Coordinator for A Perfect Fit and part-time as a nanny for the owner of the agency, Jennifer. Below are the job descriptions for both roles. Please list any questions you have in your application.

Nanny Job

Message from Mom:
Dad is a software engineer and I am the owner of A Perfect Fit! We both work from home and will continue to do so after the pandemic is over. Dad might go back to the office one day a week at most. I was a nanny prior to becoming the owner of APF and loved my relationship with the families I've worked for! I still keep in touch with my previous families and truly feel like I am a part of their family. We hope to find a nanny we could build the same type of relationship with and can be our daughter's best friend! We hope to continue to grow our family and add another little one within the next 1-2 years. We do not have any family that lives local but we have very close friends we see often that are like family to us.

About the Child: Our daughter is 6 months old and full of personality! She is always smiling, laughing, and making fun noises trying to figure out how to say real words. She can roll around to get to where she wants to be and has started to get up on all fours and rock so we assume she will be crawling soon! She started eating real food and loves just about anything we feed her. We are doing baby led weaning so she does not eat purees. She is also exclusively breastfed and I plan to continue nursing beyond 1 year. She is on a schedule and sleeps through the night. She does best when we keep her on schedule, though we are flexible for outings and visitors. Overall she's an easygoing baby and is a pleasure to be around. She does not have any special needs that we are aware of.

Their Ideal Nanny: Our ideal nanny would be comfortable taking charge of the childcare duties while both parents are busy working from home. We do not hover but our home is cozy so you would need to be fine with closer quarters. Someone fun, easy-going, and flexible is ideal. Our baby is the light of our life and we hope to find someone that truly loves kids and will enjoy engaging and playing with her.

Additional Job Details: There will not be any driving of the child required at this time but it would be nice if you're open to it in the future.

Duties: Light housekeeping, child's laundry, and cooking for the child
