Mom is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Dad is an Engineer. We both work full-time outside the home, Monday–Friday. We are a Catholic family with no pets.

About the Child: Our daughter, born late October, is energetic, curious, and playful. She loves books, music, bubbles, her kiddie pool, and shows like Blue's Clues and Encanto. She's strong-willed, independent, and full of giggles. She also has eczema, so care during food introductions is important.

Their Ideal Nanny:

• Experienced with infants/toddlers, dependable, and safety-focused.
• Warm, patient, and playful. Someone who enjoys songs, stories, and activities that spark learning and joy. Comfortable spending time on the floor, fully engaging in play and connection.
• Organized and reliable, with excellent communication.
• Flexibility is also important. While many weeks may look routine, some may require small adjustments, so having someone who can adapt with us would be greatly appreciated.
• Professional and respectful of privacy (no photos/videos shared outside family)
• Comfortable with in-home security cameras
• (Bonus, not required) Bilingual in Spanish

Additional Job Details:

• Creating age-appropriate play, activities, and attending outings (own car required; mileage reimbursed)
• Support and maintain daily routines, including naps, feeding, and food monitoring
• Light child-related tidying and laundry
• Fostering safety, development, and joy

Duties:

Light housekeeping (child-related only)

Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 7:00 am – 4:00 pm
* 36 guaranteed hours/week
* Occasional Fridays and rare weekends as needed

Compensation: $24–$27 per hour DOE
