Job #97253: NCS Needed in Scottsdale: (124th st and Shea)

Message from Mom: Hello and thank you for taking the time to read about our family. We are a happy couple with an even happier baby. My husband is very busy during the week working 5 days at full speed, 2 of those days being travel days. Because of this, I do a majority of the nights. Our baby sleeps most of the night, but still gets up to eat in the middle of the night. It’s not bad, but I think after almost 6 months of it, I’m tired. I really need the expertise that an NCS can provide so we can teach him to sleep through the night


About the Child: Sweet healthy almost 6-month-old baby boy.  Wakes 1-2 times per night

Their Ideal NCS:

• Must be a certified NCS 
• Someone who is willing to share their expertise but is also going to respect my parenting style (for example I am not comfortable with extended "cry it out")
• Someone who will be clear from day one as to their plan and make sure I am on the same page.
• Someone kind and willing to work with as a team. 

Start Date: ASAP- open to a suggested end date based on the recommendation of the NCS  

Schedule: 5 nights a week, flexible depending on the NCS 8-10 hours per night

Compensation: $30 per hour
