Job # 12377: Newborn Baby Girl Needs Full-Time Nanny in Dallas (Marsh Ln & Royal Ln) 

Message from Dad: We are first time parents looking for the perfect care partner to join our family. We work full time from home but will stay out of your way. Our baby girl loves her nursery, which is a pink paradise. Her grandparents love to spoil her, and her cousins love coming over to play with her. We do have a bi-weekly cleaning service but like to keep up in between those cleanings personally. We are vegetarian and our parents love to drop off homemade food which you would be welcome to as well.

About the Child: Our baby girl is just three weeks old and has been an absolute joy to be around. She is curious and engaging and definitely loves a good routine! She is bottle-fed with breastmilk every 2-3 hours and loves to nap to work up her appetite. Our daughter is searching for a good storyteller, someone creative and fun, and someone who brings positivity and high energy to her home!

Their Ideal Nanny: We are searching for an experienced, active, and creative soul! We are looking for someone eager and willing to engage, set milestones, and challenge our baby girl to achieve. We are a super loving family, and we want to nurture her. We care for structure but would love an emphasis on creativity. We will happily fund any supplies, tools, or educational items you request. When our daughter is napping or has playtime with her family during the day,  we want our nanny to be a self-starter and actively manage other tasks around the house without direction.

Additional Job Details: We are very flexible and willing parents - we will take your recommendations to heart, knowing that you are experienced, and we will put trust in your decisions. We are seeking a high-energy individual who can be assertive yet friendly and loving. Position may involve 2-3 international trips a year, 4-8 days in length. It may include caring for our daughter in other settings (i.e. - play dates, days at the grandparents' home, etc.). Nanny should be fully vaccinated and present both written references and phone numbers for at least two references.

Duties: 
Grocery shopping
Family laundry
Light housekeeping
Miscellaneous errands
Child's laundry
Cooking for children

Schedule: 
Monday to Friday 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Occasional evening (date night) or weekend (4 hours)

Compensation: $24 - $26 per hour
