Message from Family: We are a married same gender loving (SGL) couple of dad with 2 newborns (twins) on the way. These will be our first children. We are both corporate executives who work mostly in the office, though one of us works 50% from home. We have a 5 year old golden doodle who is very friendly.

About the Children: We are expecting our twins this coming November.

Their Ideal NCS: Someone who fits in well with our family and can navigate our complex lifestyle and also someone who understands our unique needs and can provide care for our babies as attentively as we would. Highly educated and skilled on neo-natal care, as this is our first baby and we don't have much experience.

Accommodations: The NCS will be provided with a private bedroom/bathroom next to the nursery.

Additional Job Details: We are a SGL black married couple currently pregnant via surrogacy. We require a NCS who is non-descriminatory and affirming of our family and its makeup. That is non-negotiable. We would like to ultimately get the babies comfortable sleeping in their own cribs alone eventually, but understand that will take some time.

Start Date: We have to travel for the delivery and will likely be out of town for the first 3-4 weeks of the twins lives. They are due Nov 3, but we likely will not be home with the babies until mid to late November.

Expected Job Duration: 5 months

Duties: Anything baby related for both babies (twins).

Schedule: 9pm - 5am (open to recommendations from NCS). They are very receptive to having an NCS 7 days a week, and for more hours per shift if recommended. We would like to connect this family with an NCS that is comfortable and experienced with long shifts with twins, and even open to 24/7s if that is what ia agreed upon between family and NCS. The family is looking forward to connecting with an NCS that will help guide them in making the best scheduling decisions for their family.

Compensation: $35-$40 per hour DOE
