Message from Mom: We live in Aubrey, and I am an anesthetist at a hospital about 20 minutes away. Either my husband or my mom is usually also in the home helping me out with my daughter. My sister also lives close by and is over a lot, too. We are Muslim and Pakistani and are pretty easygoing. I am looking for someone reliable, honest, and hardworking who has genuine compassion for others, especially children.
About the Child: My daughter is 1 ½ years old and very chatty and curious. She takes a while to warm up to people, but once she is comfortable, she is very sweet. She loves exploring the world, playing, and eating!
I am also pregnant and due in April 2026. During my maternity leave, I anticipate that the nanny's schedule may look a bit different. That said, I may still find it helpful to keep a similar schedule during that time so I can have some breathing room during the week. This is something I'd love to revisit as we get closer to my due date and once our second baby arrives. I'm very open to working with the nanny to find a schedule that feels comfortable and works well for everyone during that transition.
Their Ideal Nanny: They are looking for someone kind, honest, reliable, and hardworking, who is easygoing, flexible, and positive, and who has a genuine love for caring for children.
Additional Job Details: The family eats halal at home. Mom will supply all halal meat and will handle most of the cooking for her daughter's meals. All groceries and supplies needed for the nanny will be provided. The nanny will not be expected to cook for the adults, do adult laundry, or clean up after the adults. Responsibilities will be focused solely on caring for their daughter, cleaning up after her, and managing her belongings.
