Message from Family: Dad is a single parent raising two boys, ages 8 and 4, and works from home. The boys are well-behaved, active, and fun—they love playing games and doing art projects. Dad is looking for someone to help with tasks such as preparing healthy snacks, making dinner for the kiddos, light housekeeping, helping with homework, engaging in play, and managing bedtime routines. This includes helping with showers, getting the boys into pajamas, brushing their teeth, reading bedtime stories, and getting them settled them for the night.

About the Child: Our oldest is an 8-year-old boy in 3rd grade who enjoys school, skiing, video games, and staying active. He is a happy, energetic child who attends school full-time from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM. He also participates in after-school sports.

Our youngest is a 4-year-old who attends preschool from 11:30 AM to 2:30 PM, Tuesday through Friday. He loves Hot Wheels, is full of energy, and has a great sense of humor. While he is potty-trained, he is still working on using the toilet for bowel movements, so any assistance with this would be greatly appreciated.

Duties:

Light housekeeping

Children's laundry

Cooking for children

*If the family is traveling or out of town, there may be occasions when they ask for help with other household duties.

Schedule: Tuesday - Friday, 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM

*Guaranteed 20 hours per week

*Occasionally later on some Wednesdays

*The summer schedule will remain the same unless the nanny is comfortable and has the flexibility to adjust hours for the summer.

Compensation:$30-$35 per hour DOE
