Job # 32848: Outgoing and Organized Nanny Needed in Scottsdale (E Bell Road & E Thompson Peak Pkwy)

Agency Point of Contact for Job # 32848: Gina (720) 464-0678

Message from Family: Currently living in the home - Mother + partner, two kids, and a sweet older dog. Adults may be working from home but sometimes out of the home. It's very important for mom and nanny to stay in communication to maintain a positive environment for everyone in our home.

About the Child: I have two daughters.
My oldest is 9 years old. She is kind, perceptive, social, inquisitive, and smart. She is disabled from brain cancer and a stroke (right-sided weakness) and uses a walker. She will need some physical assistance. She needs help with homework, and daily excel uses in addition to dressing and activities of daily living. She loves to craft and learn about science.

My youngest is 5 years old. She is playful, energetic, loving, super social, and funny. She loves to be active. She's a hands-on learner that needs to be mentally stimulated. She has a severe tree nut allergy. An allergy pen will need to be carried at all times with her.

Their Ideal Nanny: We would love an experienced, organized, punctual, kind, and understanding nanny who thrives off of enriching and nurturing the needs of a family. We would be honored to have someone who is protective of the children and who truly takes pride in their work. Flexibility is a characteristic that we definitely need. Someone who is incredibly hard-working yet can laugh and contribute to creating a positive and happy environment would be a great addition to our unit!

Additional Job Details: Driving is required. Car seats will be provided. Our nanny should be comfortable driving the kids to/from school, doctor's appointments, and fun outings. They should feel comfortable assisting with homework, playing with the children, preparing meals, and doing crafts! The kids are in school for some of the nanny's shift, so this downtime would be spent tidying up the home, helping with laundry, making beds, organizing, managing vendors, and running various errands. Flexibility is key, and we are looking for a team player who is willing to pitch in wherever is needed to help the family function more efficiently.
