Job # 19335 Part Time Mandarin Nanny Needed in Dallas: (I35 and W Illinois Ave)

Message from Mom: We are full time working parents that can alternate going into the office and working from home. This position is to be worked speaking in Mandarin for the entirety to the child. Currently we are looking for someone to work with our daughter during after school hours. Duties to include keeping child clean and sanitized (a must during this state of emergency), cleaning and picking up after child, do your part on maintaining a germ free home, and assisting child with reading and writing in Mandarin. currently knows a mix of some traditional and simplified words for her age.  When she is back in school for we would need the nanny to pick her up from school and bring her home safely, entertaining her and assisting with reviewing assignments from school.


About the Child: Our daughter is turning 5 in April and speaks both English and Chinese Mandarin. Her interest are puzzles, arts and crafts, playing in water, singing and dancing. She asks questions and likes to learn new things. You should be aware of any food that you give her and exam ingredients to not include any dairy products.


Their Ideal Nanny: The right candidate for this role will be caring, loving and patient. Our ideal nanny would make sure our child's well being is being taken care and have a bond. She will be able to identify where she needs help mentally and physical and assist her to surpass.


Start Date: ASAP


Duties: Light housekeeping

COVID-19 Considerations:

We work from home and do not go out.  We have our groceries and general supplies delivered.  We would like for our nanny to be mindful of her social interactions as well.  While she is in our home we would prefer she take her shoes off at the door and keep some slippers here to use.  We would also like there to possibly change her clothes (keep clean clothes here) upon the start of her shift.  This is not a set rule but it would be preferred.  While in the home please stepping away at least 8 feet from our child to sneeze, then use disinfectant to clean the area.  Please wash hands often and vigorously with soap.  If the nanny is not feeling well call in to be off.  We will also want to take their temperature at the start of each shift..

Schedule: Not sure due to COVID and the school closures but we anticipate it being Monday-Friday 3pm to 7pm 


Compensation: $18-$20 per hour
