Message from Mom:  I am a single mom in my 40s, who just had a baby girl in July. We have a cockapoo who is 13 years old. We currently live right by the city park, which is a beautiful park to be able to take the baby on an afternoon walk or playdate or the dog to the park for a nice long walk by the pond. I am currently looking for a mother's helper who is available 20 hours a week, loves dogs, and has experience with babies. Ideally, I would be looking for some support over the weekend and 1-2 weeknights. I am flexible with the hours.

About the Child: She was born in the middle of July. She is a newborn who loves to sleep, is formula fed, and loves her big brother who is a 13-year-old cockapoo.

Their Ideal Nanny:  I am looking for a mother's helper who is experienced with newborns and infants. This person should be dependable, dedicated, compassionate, empathetic, flexible, and bubbly. They should be confident in their childcare abilities and comfortable communicating with mom. A dog-lover is a must! There is occasional driving required for this role to help with running errands. I am hoping to find someone who can be a second set of hands and who is willing to help with light household duties like making bottles, helping with the baby's laundry, and light tidying up. In addition, it would be nice to find someone willing to take the dog on an occasional walk.

** Drug Screening Required for this Position 

Start Date: Late August - Early September

Expected Job Duration: 8 months - 12 months

Is the nanny required to receive the COVID-19 vaccine?  Yes. Must have at least their first shot prior to their start date.

Duties:
Childcare for an infant
Running Errands
Laundry
Cooking for the Child
Light housekeeping
Dog Walking

Schedule:
20 hours per week
Saturday & Sunday (6-hour shifts)
and
Two weekday evening shifts (4-hour shifts)
(Nanny should apply with preferred days and hours)

Compensation: $30 to $35 per hour DOE

Benefits:
Gas Mileage Reimbursement
Paid Holidays - Major Holidays (that fall on the days the nanny works)
Annual Bonus - depending on the performance
